Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week

National Graduate & Professional Student Appreciation Week was first commemorated in 1993 by the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students when graduate student activists lobbied to create an initiative to honor the contributions, impact and value of graduate students.

The George Washington University is excited to recognize Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week with a variety of free events for graduate students to unwind, connect with each other, and celebrate their accomplishments.
